GoRenter is a property management company in the Phoenix Valley of Arizona.

That said, it’s expanded exponentially due to solid business practices and putting the renters first.

GoRenter does tend to serve a lot of different interests – a company doesn’t get so big without working with others. But the frank truth is that it couldn’t get there without renters. Our core principles revolve around solid business fundamentals and putting the interests of our renters first.

As it stands, we are the biggest single resource for homes that are available for move-in today. Our database of homes holds thousands of entries, and more are being added every day. What that means for renters is that there is an increasingly good selection of homes for you to choose from.

At the same time, though, we’re not interested in remaining static. We want to continue to grow and to fill more houses and to have more houses to be filled. So, to that end, we are always fine-tuning our processes, making sure that we’re reaching out to renters and helping them find what they’re looking for.

What that also means, practically, is that we work with landlords too. What we strive to cultivate is a series of win/win relationships between these landlords and the renters. We don’t want to be part of some kind of horror story where you, as a renter, end up dealing with harsh rent and unreasonable expectations. That’s why we work with the landlords, making sure that the rent that they charge is fair, and making sure that the homes themselves are worthy of being rented.

At the same time, that also means we work with investors who are looking to invest in property that is in the area. And the reason for this is pretty simple: they want to make money, and we can help them to do it through the successful execution of investment strategies that they can work with. The benefits for renters in this relationship are a little more abstract and harder to explain than this space will allow. It’s more about helping to preserve property values and making sure that the properties are good to work with.

As a renter, though, our business is first and foremost to set you up with a good house, and we can do that.

We look forward to helping you find what you’re looking for.
